AcoustiFex…
The patented AcoustiFex system is a marvel in itself, providing players with lush reverbs, delay and chorus while picking “unplugged”, and a flexible piezo undersaddle pickup and condenser microphone with a blend control and plus the onboard effects when plugged in to an amp, DI or mixing console. When playing acoustically, the AcoustiFex gives players the flexibility of adding a Room or Hall reverb to their acoustic sound, plus a chorus or delay with adjustable time/intensity. The volume control acts as a “master” volume for the overall effect mix while the tone control gives players the ability to customize their acoustic sound. When plugged into an amplifier, DI or mixing console, the tone control shapes the guitar’s acoustic properties while the volume control is a master volume for the overall output from the pickup, microphone and effects. The “Mic” control allows players to mix in just the right amount of the onboard condenser mic giving the overall sound more “air” and body.
